  1. 📝 Ingredients:
    * 1 large red bell pepper
    * 4–5 garlic cloves
    * ½ tablespoon red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
    * Salt to taste
    * 1 tablespoon soaked cashews (soak for 15–20 mins in warm water)
    * 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
    * Juice of half a lemon

    Method:
    • Roast the red bell pepper directly on flame or in oven until the skin is charred and blackened.
• Let it cool slightly, then peel off the skin and remove seeds.
• Add roasted pepper to a blender along with garlic, red chilli powder, salt, soaked cashews, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice.
• Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt or chilli if needed.
• Serve chilled or at room temp — perfect with naan, breads, or pizzas.
