Baked Clam Dip
2 Tubes of Ritz Crackers – crushed
1 C Butter
4 Cloves of Garlic – minced
2 Tbsp Parsley – chopped
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese – grated
2 cans of Minced Clams w/Juice
Crush crackers and place in a bowl, add melted butter, garlic, parsley, old bay
parmesan & clams with juice. Mix well.
Transfer to oven safe baking dish and sprinkle with more parmesan.
Bake 350ยฐ for 25-30 minutes
