The ingredients are parsley, onion, sweet potatoes, pepper, salt, cinnamon, mint, um, breadcrumbs, breadcrumbs, and pork um, mints. You can use beef mints, right? So, you you dice up your onions, you dice your parsley. I use fresh parsley. It’s much tastier. And then you add it all to the mix. All right. Then you add it to the mince meat. This is how the mixture should look. To test it, make it into a bowl. If you can hold it shape, then it’s ready. Okay. Perfect. Oh. So, lay it out flat like this in your pan and let it sit for 5 10 minutes and then we can start making our meatballs. Oh. Okay. Now, we’re going to make the the meatballs. You just grab a bit in your hand. Size of a golf ball. Okay. You can make them round or you can do I like to do them oval. They look better. And that’s how you make the meatballs there. Okay. Ow.
