made purple gnocchi (more like I was forced to lol) with the purple potatoes that my mother's cousin gave us. it was pretty fun working with them, maybe I'll try to use more natural dyes to make fresh pasta (I usually use spinach and squid ink). they're not pretty, that I know, but the taste is what counts, as long as it's homemade.
