    I’m having a hard time. I’m trying to find motivation to keep eating this way but the food doesn’t ever sound good or look good or taste good and it makes my life sadder. How do I find appreciation in meals like these?

    Great!
    But you should increase protein… if not, it WILL slow down your metabolism and you will lose muscle. Not only that, but the weight WILL come back.
