Not only is is super low calorie but it also had 6g of protein and 5g of fiber. Here’s how you make it: in a microwave safe bowl/mug, combine 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 3 tbs egg whites, 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup (mines 10 cal for that much) or other liquid sweetener, 1/4 tsp vanilla, pumpkin pie spice to taste, and a pinch of salt. Microwave for two minutes, let it cool and enjoy!
