Got my hands on a DF54 grinder. I've been using the Sage Smart Grinder Pro for about two years and it made ok Espresso but super inconsistent. This is the first shot I pulled after grinding with the DF54 and I feel like my Espresso addiction got a whole lot worse lol

That’s awesome! Welcome to the dark side lol. The DF54 is such a game changer. It’s wild how much of a difference a good grinder makes. Like, same beans, same machine, but suddenly it’s like real espresso. Honestly, this is where the obsession really starts.
