I used 1 cup of cornmeal that I dissolved in 1 and 1/2 cups of water, seasoned to taste with salt, black pepper, pepper flakes and parsley (I got a lot), then I put 1/2 cup of salted water to boil and added the dissolved cornmeal and mixed well until it was very thick.
I can imagine adding kale or even wild herbs and making a really energizing breakfast.
