GRAND FORKS — Food Network star Molly Yeh is bringing her restaurant, Bernie’s, into Ralph Engelstad Arena this season.

Bernie’s will sell homemade classics like chicken knoephla soup with sourdough bread, tator tot hot dish, chili with cornbread and cookies.

It will be located in the northwest corner of the main concourse.

“We think Bernie’s is a great fit, given the iconic nature in the community, their Midwest comfort foods and their homemade products,” Ralph Engelstad Arena general manager Jody Hodgson said. “We think it’s a good addition to our menu.”

Yeh, who lives just outside of East Grand Forks, is the star of Food Network’s Girl Meets Farm.

She opened Bernie’s in 2022.

Ralph Engelstad Arena features other local establishments like the Red Pepper.

Signature cocktails have become a hit at events like the Kentucky Derby (Mint Julep) and U.S. Open tennis tournament (Honey Deuce).

The Ralph has developed its own for this season — the Palace Tea.

It is similar to a whiskey or vodka sour and is served with boba pearls in a clear, 16-ounce Palace Tea-branded cup. It is available in locations that serve other cocktails.

“We think, over time, it has an opportunity over time to grow into something we’re known for and something fans can come drink when they’re in the building,” Hodgson said.

Hodgson said there won’t be price increases in concessions this year.

“We’re aware of the total cost of attendance and we’re trying to maintain that as best we can for the fan experience,” Hodgson said. “We realize food and beverage are a big part of fan experience. We’re trying to hold the line on our pricing as best we can to be as fan friendly as we can.”

All forms of payment will now be accepted at concession stands in The Ralph: debit and credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and cash.On Saturday, Oct. 18, the 50-50 raffle pot will be a guaranteed minimum $50,000 jackpot.
