Loro was a let down

I hate to say it, but we were really disappointed with our dining experience at Loro tonight. My kid ordered the cheeseburger and potatoes, and calling it a hockey puck would be generous — it was dry, under-seasoned, and basically inedible. We sent it back and had them remake it, but the second one came out just as bad. My guess is they pre-make patties when it gets super busy, which kills the quality.

We also ordered the barbecue plate (brisket, pulled pork, and smoked wings), and honestly, nothing was memorable. The pork bowls and curry chicken were decent, but the veggies that were advertised as “pickled” definitely weren’t. On top of that, almost everything that came out was lukewarm at best.

I know Saturdays are hectic, but we’ve been loyal fans of Loro for years and this just felt like a big letdown. The quality seems to have gone downhill recently, and I honestly don’t understand what all the hype is about anymore.
