    That cheese isn’t melted in properly. This is going to be a big problem upon reheating. No thanks. Looks good for a beginner, though!

    Looks tasty, but I do agree I think you used a little too much cheese, the sauce isn’t smooth and glossy the way vodka sauce usually is. Maybe a bit more pasta water would help

    Did you by any chance use pre-shredded cheese?

    When I make it I use about half the cheese (mostly because real, good parm or pecorino is expensive) but its a staple lunch or supper dish for me. Nice and spicy, rich, tomato-heavy. I sometimes use a high protein pasta or lentil pasta instead to make it more “complete”.

    No, it just doesn’t look appealing. Like a split, gloopy mess of stringy cheese.

    With that much cheese, I’d definitely bake it. Just to balance out the texture and get some crust (aka dry it out a little).
