
The rosette pops were made from delicate meringue cookies. The cones were filled with my funfetti cake batter, baked, and crowned with silky Swiss meringue buttercream. And the cakesicles were filled with soft confetti cake and raspberry purée, sealed in a shell of white chocolate.
