Hey campers, we’re making bagel breakfast pizzas on the campsite today. Of course, we’re making them on the Blackstone. Start by cooking up some breakfast sausage and toasting up your bagels. I used a little drizzle and sizzle first. When those are as toasty as you want them, take them off of the griddle. Season your sausage with a little lumberjack seasoning. And of course, you want to add that to your eggs, too. Now, the last of the hard work is just cooking up your eggs. Once those are scrambled, push them off to the side and put your bagels back on the griddle. Now, top those with a little shredded cheese and then your eggs and then your sausage. And of course, you can add anything else you want to these. Now, just top with some cheese and cover those. Let the cheese melt as much as you’d like, and you’re ready for breakfast.
