    Recipe = for me I used 6 chopped anchovies in the sauce, a few on top for garnish

    Cook some spaghetti to al dente in v salty water (not too salty cos of cheese and anchovies later)

    Melt a bunch of butter, add in chopped anchovies and let them dissolve over a low/medium heat (you don’t want to brown the butter, just melt the anchovies into it

    Add in a couple of crushed cloves of garlic 2 mins before the end, with some chilli flakes if you like

    Mix the pasta in plus some pasta water, parsley, and a shit ton of parmesan to finish 💪

    I also added some lemon because I had some in the fridge 🙂 V tasty and can actually just be pasta, anchovies and butter – the other stuff I added because I have it in the house and I like the flavours

    Use a pot and slow boil
    also put salt in water so it don’t stick together drop noddles in after water boils make sure to stir.
