You make way better pizza than me so no feedback other than… recipe?

Is the pan it’s on the “Steel” or is there a hunk of steel in your oven?
montropy
Looks good.
Was talking to a buddy earlier today about a thicker airier crust like that.

Looks amazing

Looks great dog. I’m personally not a huge fan of using the pizza screens, I’d try launching directly onto the steel – you’ll get a bit more crisp on the undercarriage that way

Looks awesome. Wish I could have tried a slice.

Looks good. Only feedback is ditch the screen.

How many gram dough ball for a 16 inch?

And you start the pics off with an undercarriage piece! Thank you! Someone who is thorough, and gives the people what they want! Nice job Mate! 👍❤️ 🍕🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just my personal preference, but maybe move the steel down a slot in the oven. Bottom could be darker, top could be leas baked. Also look into the two steel method.

You should get another cutting board big enough for your pizzas. It’s much better and the life of your steel will be so much longer if you don’t cut into the steel for each pizza lol. I worked around pizza for a long time and if my boss saw you do that had flip a shit 😂 even though we had like 40 steels, it dulls your cutter, you’re ruining the steel, and you could possibly get some metal shards in a slice worst case scenario. Aside from that, first 2 look perfect, third one looks overcooked. Keep up the good work op

Looks PDG.
pretty damn good

Looks good. I like a bit more leoparding on bottom. I have my steel on the rack at the lowest position in the oven and heat to 530F. I let it heat up for 10 min after the oven claims to be at temp. Mine comes out with darker spots on the bottom but not a burnt flavor to it. YMMV.

Personally I bake all slices right side up but this seems to have turned out so you do you!

Recipe? Been messing with baking bread and I think I can make that crust consistency.
