16 oz of squash peeled and cut into cubes
Half onion cut
2 tbsp of olive oil
1tbsp of rosemary seasoning
Salt
Black pepper
Baked at 350f for 25mins
Blend
(Add whatever seasonings you like, I have bad acid reflux and can’t eat much of anything lol)

    For got to add* save a cup of pasta water to add to the sauce to make it less thick.
    I used about 1/2cup, but add as much as you like

    Thank you! I’m in the “can’t tolerate tomatoes” crowd, this is a nice variation on my usual “blended roasted red peppers” approach.
