
Why does HelloFresh use Jitsu, they are horrible but also HelloFresh agent is just as bad. I told them the box has been delayed for more than 48 hours already but this agent says not to worry.
They also told me no refund and just report to them if it is spoiled, but guaranteed freshness despite I told them multiple times it's been more than 48 hours past scheduled delivery.
What kind of response is "If we lose customers… so will they." Seems like so many people had issue with Jitsu yet they still use them.

Jitsu is so bad!! You should try again with another chat agent if you can. Or see if there’s a number to call. It’s totally ridiculous that your order has been delayed that long.
you can be escalated in chat to a supervisor. i had to do it last week.
I had the same kind of conversation regarding the quality of the bacon I received (that was 95% fat.)
I worried that since this wasn’t my first time reporting this same issue that I had been flagged but, after sending photos to an email address they issued me a $7.70 credit.
As far as Jitsu, I’ve not had any major issues
Weird, I had a box just straight not show up last week. Talked to customer service, and they found out that the box was damaged and discarded. They quickly credited the box and refunded the shipping. Maybe wait until/if the box shows up, then talk to them again?
Jitsu is horrible. I had a great conversation with a senior exec out of New York and he told me which days Jitsu has in my area and we switched to a day that is ran by they in house delivery. I assume Jitsu has a contract with them that they can’t break but they know trust me. Unsure if chat CSR will be able to help with this but calling in might get you the information you need to get rid of Jitsu.
