Despite being three months away, Christmas is the one time of year worth planning ahead for. From gifts to catering, there is so much to get ready before December 25 arrives.
Shoppers who tend to order their food online will know just how popular these services can be, with many supermarket slots being snapped up well in advance, which is why a few have been confirming exact dates for 2025 to help with the planning.
The latest to join the list for the festive season this year is Tesco, with the UK’s largest supermarket chain arguably being the most popular, with previous years seeing large virtual queues and dates booked up within as little as 24 hours.

Fortunately, we know a few dates to mark in the calendar, with the grocer’s Christmas delivery slots opening for those with a Delivery Saver account from 6am on Tuesday, November 4.
Tesco’s Delivery Saver is a subscription service that allows its members to enjoy benefits such as last-minute deliveries, early access to delivery slots and same day click and collect.

Shoppers can opt for a six month plan with prices ranging from between £2.49 to £7.99, while 12 month plans cost £3.99 for off-peak bookings and £6.99 for bookings that can be made anytime.
The festive slots will then go available to all other customers a week later at 6am on Tuesday, November 11, with products being reserved once added to a booked slot by December 14.
Customers can amend their orders until Sunday, December 14, as this is the day they will close for any bookings at 23:45pm. Meanwhile, shoppers can now find the Tesco Christmas food brochure in stores from today, October 1.
