Ingredients (for a 10 ร 6 inch baking dish โ 26 ร 16 cm):
1. Pasta (elbow macaroni or penne) โ 9 oz (250 g).
2. Boneless skinless chicken thighs โ 2 pieces.
3. Cheddar cheese โ 6 oz (150โ170 g).
4. Grana Padano or Parmesan โ 1 oz (20โ30 g).
5. Milk โ 1 cup (250 ml).
6. Heavy cream (20โ30%) โ 2/3 cup (150 ml).
7. Unsalted butter โ 2 tbsp (30 g).
8. All-purpose flour โ 1ยฝ tbsp.
9. Garlic โ 1 clove.
10. Spinach (fresh or thawed and squeezed) โ 2.5โ3 oz (70โ80 g).
11. Salt and freshly ground black pepper โ to taste.

Spinach recipe like a chef! Boneless skinless chicken thighs โ 2 pieces. I think this version of the recipe has the most intense flavor. The right way to cut the chicken will make it juicy and tender! Salt to taste. Black pepper to taste. Olive oil โ 2 tablespoons. Sear the chicken for 2 minutes. Flip the chicken and sear for another 2 minutes. Garlic โ 1 clove. Sautรฉ the garlic for 30 seconds. Spinach (fresh or thawed and squeezed) โ 2.5โ3 oz (70โ80 g). Salt โ 1 teaspoon. Pasta (elbow macaroni or penne) โ 9 oz (250 g). Cook the pasta until al dente. Cheddar cheese โ 6 oz (150โ170 g). Set aside one third of the cheese for topping. Unsalted butter โ 2 tbsp (30 g). All-purpose flour โ 1ยฝ tbsp. Always add the flour to melted butter! Stir with a silicone spatula and cook the butter and flour for a couple of minutes. Milk โ 1 cup (250 ml). Heavy cream (20โ30%) โ 2/3 cup (150 ml). Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Cheddar cheese. Grana Padano or Parmesan โ 1 oz (20โ30 g), for flavor and aroma. Optionally, add 0.7โ1 oz (20โ30 g) of mozzarella for extra stretchiness, if desired. Drain the pasta and add one tablespoon of butter. Baking dish 10 ร 6 inch (26 ร 16 cm). Grease the mold with butter. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 ยฐF (180 ยฐC) for 20 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 400 ยฐF (200 ยฐC) and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
