    Amazing, maybe a stupid question but do you eat the raw fish head/carcass? I’ve only ever eaten cooked fish head.

    Izu has some of the best sashimi I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to take another trip down there soon!

  4. I love seeing white fish Sushi. So tasty. I get tired of the salmon and tuna dominated western sushi.
