[Music] All right, welcome back to MI Griller. We got these great cowboy cut thick pork chops here. They don’t need much trimming. Sometimes I like to trim them a little bit, but these look pretty good. I just pull them right out of the package. We’ll hit them with a little bit of paper towel just to dry them off slightly. We’re going to get the grill going and throw these beautiful pork chops. Smoke them. And now we’re going to throw these pork chops right on it. Got the grill all the way up to 225°. All right, here we go. Get those pork chops right on there. Nice. That’s going to be great. We’re going to leave them on there for a couple hours to temp. Throw a little sauce on them. They’re going to be good to go. Pork chops smoking on the Weber kettle. All right, they’ve been on here for about two and a half hours. Look at those things. That’s pretty nice. Look at that. Those juices coming out. Some nice looking pork chops. We’re going to add a glaze. Actually, we came up with a a nice a sweet glaze for these. Boy, I got to get a new baster. Oh, this is going to be good. A nice sweet glaze. It’s like a It is some butter and brown sugar and maple syrup. Oh man. And it tastes so good. Just going to do a great glaze on this. That candy top. All right, we’re let that roll for a little bit. All right, these are our thick cut cowboy pork chops. These pork chops have been resting. What they look like. Looks pretty darn good. Let us cut it up and see how it turned. Oh, man. Smells amazing. Can’t wait till they have smellvision for videos cuz this smells great. Look at that beautiful smoke ring all the way through. Cuts real nice. That beautiful smoke ring. Look at that. Nice. Super smoky and sweet. I thought that glaze that I put on there was going to be a little bit too much, but it’s not.
