Hey everyone, welcome to my channel in my kitchen. Today we’re going to make a delicious milk-based dessert together. It’s super light and incredibly tasty. Let’s get mixing. Into a bowl, I’m adding four eggs. Since I’m making this in a large baking dish, I’m using four eggs. Now, I’m adding one cup of sugar. And we’re going to whisk this until it’s nice and frothy. Now friends, a little tip before you start whisking the eggs, add your vanilla extract, and you won’t get any eggy smell at all. After whisking our eggs beautifully, we’ll add 1 cup of milk, one cup of semolina, one cup of semolina, one cup of vegetable oil and one cup of flour. I’m also adding one packet of baking powder. And I’ll mix everything together nicely. I’m adding another tablespoon of flour. Then I’ll mix and pour it into my pan. As you can see, I’m using a large rectangular baking dish and I’m pouring my batter into the dish. My oven is preheated. It’s heating up at 350° F. We’ll send it in at that temperature. Let’s spread it out evenly across the entire surface. Just like this. Let’s get our four cups of warm milk into a bowl. Now, let’s add our 1 cup of sugar. And we’ll mix this well until the sugar dissolves. Our cake is out of the oven. Let’s do our toothpick test. And now we’ll let the cake cool down just a bit. The three cups of milk we prepared, we’re going to pour them over our cake. As you can see, it soaked up the milk in seconds. I’ll pour the rest in as well. Was it three cups of milk or four cups? I mixed it up, friends. I’ll check the video and I’ll list all the ingredients in the description box below so you can check it there. Take a look. Now, let’s let our cake cool completely. Now that our dessert has rested, I want to cut it into slices. So tender. And it turned out so delicious. You can decorate the top however you like. Coconut flakes. I’m going to use some chopped walnuts, a bit of walnuts, and some coconut flakes. Separating them. And I’ll decorate them separate.
