I’m headed out of town for a few weeks, and so I had to harvest all the tomatoes left on my plants. They’ve mostly given up the ghost, but this is a great send off. Now to find a few people to donate them to…lol
Sad to think it’s the end of my season. Thinking about growing some indoors over the winter so that I don’t have to eat store bought tomatoes.

I am considering indoors as well for my 6 month winter, but a dwarf variety.
Yeah I hear you. Store bought tomatoes are just tasteless.
First year gardener question: do I have to pick them before first frost, or can I nab them the next day off the dead plants?
