I'm not a big Popeyes fan, but all these posts about them having packets of Last Dab Apollo intrigued me.

I placed an order online for some trendies and 5 packets of Apollo ($1/ea).

First, apparently if you're picking up an order in the drive through, don't skip the speaker. I just drove up to the window and said, "picking up an order for neocamel." They said I skipped the speaker and needed to drive around again… I should note that there wasn't another car within 200 yards of the building… So I drove around and said into the speaker 15 seconds later, "picking up an order for neocamel…" They said, "first window." 🙄

When I checked my bag, they gave me five cups of the Last Dab ranch. That's not the sauce. Trip through the drive through #3 to tell them I ordered the actual hot sauce not the ranch. After some confusion as to what I was actually asking for, they found and handed me five packets of the actual sauce and I was on my way.

The food itself was nothing to write home about, but the sauce was great! Lots of heat and not bad flavor either. Not the hottest sauce I've had, but definitely the most flavorful in the "truly very hot" category.

Anyway, the sauce was great (and honestly the ranch has a lot of kick as well). If I were to do it again, I'd probably just buy the packets to use on my own food, but it's nice to see a large chain actually having something this hot available.

That’s so shining they made you go around again.

Popeyes drive thru sucks ass from southern California to the pnw. I have no idea why. In store service , excellent! some of the best for a fast food place. It boggles my mind.

Is the sauce any different than the last dab Apollo I can buy online?

The Apollo is the most intriguing super hot pepper sauce I’ve had. Its flavor is actually damn good. Ed did his thing on it I’d have to say.
