Made some breakfast sandwiches for next day using what I had. Sausage egg cheese on sourdough English muffins.

I used Traders Joe chicken sausage patties, 4 fried eggs, Swiss cheese, and sourdough muffins. Topped with Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce.
