Do you want to know how to make insalada brim vera? Let’s start by adding rocket or arukola into a bowl. Cut few cherry tomatoes in half. Add extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Give it a good mix and start placing your salad into a plate. Grab some fresh cherry boon chili salt, the little ones. Put it inside some Italian prochto slices. Shave some parmy on top and it could be ready now. But I love basic glaze, so I’m going to put it on top. And there you go. That’s how you make an Italian classic salad called insala primma vera. Ciao.
