These wines are a bit more ripe than I prefer but I'm pretty pressed with how this has aged and held up. Acids and Tannins are no higher than medium and very soft and silky. Alcohol is high but well integrated with a very opulent texture and balancing out intense fruit. Reminds me of a Marcassin I once had. Shows Intense red fruits (raspberry, cherry, strawberry) rhubarb, cigar, cola, slight coffee, forest floor. Doesn't take much for this to give you a buzz but a glass is quite outstanding.

We have a 2018 bottle that someone brought to our housewarming party. We’ve asked everyone and no one’s admitted to bringing it. By far the fanciest gift we received that night.
I got into the club in 2019. You think you can age for more than 10 years? I have mine well stored.
Also the 2019s were ~$70. It sucks they’re all now $125.
Like the wine, marcassin is a reach bro…….
It’s only 10 years from the vintage, highly unlikely that it would have fallen apart.
