And now to find salmon that isn't loaded with mercury, uncontaminated and unadulterated olive oil, pomegranates and arugula not sprayed with pesticides, and a chef to figure out how pomegranates even fit into this recipe. This all sounds good for you if it were possible to find un-poisoned food in the US.

    2. If you can't find arugula, grind up your old tyres, they taste the same.

  11. Only eat salmon twice a week due to mercury. Fish oil supplements every day work better. Oatmeal wtb walnuts, cinnamon, ginger is great for heart. Green tea too.
