I’m usually a good baker but apparently my biscuits don’t come out all that great. They actually tasted nice and buttery but were a bit too crumbly and a tad dry. So I’m not sure what went wrong since the dough appeared and felt like it should have before baking.
I chose chicken instead of pork and was given two cutlet pieces that when cut they fit the biscuits pretty well so it didn’t seem skimpy. I was able to make 4 decent sized “sandos”. I don’t like slaw so I didn’t include that but I did add Dijon mustard and Romaine to my sandwich after. It was fine but even if the biscuits had come out a bit better, it seemed like too much work. I would have rather gotten the pillsbury biscuits instead.
I also didn’t care for these chips. A bit greasy, I usually chose the kettle type if I’m going to eat these types of chips. I would have rather had their blue tortilla chips they usually offer instead though.
Overall, decent meal but not worth the extra time for baking.
