De-seeded cooked and canned 6lbs of these beauties. Peppers are booming 2more week and do it again. There to die for almost after da-seeding and cooking the fumes just about did me in . The relish is worth it

Pepper jelly is what I make and to make it easier for de- seeding I use a potato peeler you know the one that has that end that you can cut out bad spots it goes right down that pepper channel at least for me it works, love canning peppers/tomatoes it makes it so nice during the winter to remind me of taking care of those plants during the summer

Jalepenos? All my jalepenos arent spicy. I have the heirloom variety too, is it bc i water too much?
