I found this steak in my local m&s yesterday and had to snatch it up at £20! as you can see the marbling was absolutely insane, bordering on a5 levels. i had to cut it in half, didn’t want to completely clog my arteries in one go so saving the other half for tomorrow night.
cooked and basted in its own fat in a stainless steel pan, flipped every 30 seconds for a total of 1min 30 on each side. served with some sushi from waitrose and asparagus. i know it’s a random selection but was really bloody good!
