Ingredients
2 durum wraps 20 cent each 0.40 cents
1 red onion 0.20 cents
1 can of tuna 1 buck
1 tablespoon olive oil 0.20 cents
50g yoghurt natural 0.09 cents
1 tablespoon lemon or store-bought fresh lemon juice 0.10 cents (if it’s not chilled it’s not fresh lemons in the juice most likely)
Optional below but highly recommended
1 paprika
1 sour pickle
a bit of corn
Steps
Grab yourself the onion and chop it into small pieces. If you are using a blender just chop it roughly; if you don’t have one cut it very fine.
Put the onion into your blender if you have one, together with your 3–4 tablespoons of yoghurt, your tablespoon of olive oil, your tablespoon of lemon juice, and about half or 1/3 of a teaspoon of salt. Blend or mix it together for a minute.
Usually it looks fine, but depending on how big your onion is, the end result can be watery. If it’s watery, grab a sieve, put the mass into it, and let the excess moisture flow out for a bit.
Grab your wraps, put half and half into each wrap, and add whatever veggie you want to it. My personal recommendations are listed there, but put on it whatever you want 🙂
1 wrap without my recommendation costs 0.99 has 494 kcal and 30g of protein
1 wrap with my recommendation costs 1.15 has 539 kcal and 31.5g of protein

Dürüm is a criminally underrated food delivery system.
These food prices make me sure you’re not in the US. Got a pang of jealousy over a 20¢ onion and 20¢ wraps!
I’m reluctant to call canned tuna “healthy” but I see what you’re going for…
