This is my last bit of jalapenos, also added 2 habaneros and bunch of tomatoes. I left some jalapenos to get Red, but its getting colder by the day, so I took it inside and picked whatever was left so that plants don't have to feed it anymore.
Vacuum sealed with salt to ferment. After its Done I'll grind it to a hot sauce.
For whoever is into fermenting, I must say this way is super easy. I do different veggies this way too.
