📝 Ingredients
For the test:
• Flour — 400 g
• Water (warm) – 200 ml
• Dry yeast – 1 tsp.
• Sugar – 1 tsp.
• Salt – 1 tsp.
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
For the filling:
• Minced meat (beef or lamb) — 300 g
• Onion – 1 pc. (smallly chopped)
• Tomato – 1 pc. (peel, finely chop or grate)
• Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc. (optional)
• Garlic – 1-2 cloves (optional)
• Parsley – bunch (smallly chopped)
• Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
• Salt, black pepper, paprika – to taste
