    Looks great! I reverse sear but this gets it done as well. Far cheaper per pound than any steak I can find locally so its become a go-to.

  3. Probably should have pulled the rack before cooking the asparagus. Then return it for a sear. But overall, your method looks sound. Foiling the bones is optional.
