450 g / 15.87 oz / 3.75 cup
Bread flour (type 650). 5 g / 1 ½ teaspoon
Dry yeast. Mix the flour and yeast with a whisk. 315 ml / 10.66 oz / 1 ⅓ US cups
Cold water. (18-20°C / 64–68°F) Mix all the ingredients together. We will add the salt 20 minutes later. This way, the gluten tightens, the yeast
balances, and the flavor develops. This method is very common in baking. Mix until no dry flour remains. If some flour is still dry,
don’t worry. Just moisten it lightly. Cover the dough and let it
rest for 20 minutes. 6 g salt / 1 teaspoon
Salt. If you slightly moisten the salt,
it will dissolve faster. Wet your hand and fold the
dough from outside to inside. This recipe does not require a mixer,
hand kneading, or expensive equipment. What we did: we added 4 ingredients
to the bowl and mixed them. That’s it. From this stage on, never add flour. In this folding set, folding
10–12 times is enough. Cover the dough and let it
rest for 30 minutes. Second fold. Repeat the same process Two sets of folding are enough. Folding dough is very different
from kneading dough. Cover the dough and let it
rest until it doubles in size. The dough should be soft and elastic. The dough has risen nicely. Sprinkle some flour on top. Scrape the dough gently without pressing. Please subscribe to my channel for

can create many bread shapes. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Fold each piece as I show. This is the easiest way to make
French baguettes at home. After resting, shaping the dough is very easy. Cover the dough and let it
rest for 15 minutes. Sprinkle flour on the counter
and shape the dough into baguettes. Let’s make another one. It’s very easy to do. Place the dough on the baking tray. Cover the dough and let
it rest for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some flour on top. Spread the flour with your hand or a brush. Score the dough. For steam, sprinkle water into
the empty spaces of the tray. Cover the tray with another tray. bake in a hot oven at
220°C / 428°F for 15 minutes. Remove the top tray and bake for
another 15 minutes at the same temperature. The bread is perfectly baked. Making French baguettes
at home is now so easy. Can you hear the crunch
of the bread? So appetizing. Crispy on the outside,
soft and airy on the inside. I have shared this recipe
with hundreds of people. And I wanted to share it with
the Fast Easy Delicious virtual family too. Believe me, this bread is amazing. No need to buy French baguettes anymore. Try this new perfect

  3. Thank you for sharing this, now my new comfort bread. I will be watching more of your videos.

  4. I can eat two of those. Send them over!

I have to say that it drives me nuts when you are squeezing and pressing them to show that the crust is crispy. I don't mean this in a bossy or parental way. But I am saying to myself and out loud. Eat it! Take a bite! Don't play with it! Let me eat it!

But, I have to say that I am saying similar things to myself when I make bread. But I am also saying to myself, "No, don't eat the whole thing. No more little slices for you. No. That is not a little piece – that's half the focaccia. Save some for tomorrow. Oh, I really ate the whole thing. Couldn't help it, it was too warm and delicious."

I am making some flatbread. And in a few minutes I will be telling myself to stop eating them all. And reminding myself that I don't have to use that much butter.

  5. When you fold the mix over itself in the bowl like that , that’s kneading because that’s the action which stretches the gluten , so you actually knead the bread twice before cooking , trained chef of over 54 years work , and never bought bread in 40 years , tip , try fast acting dry yeast shortens the process by half you only need to knead the bread once and leave a extra 1/2 hour to rise + put the water in the micro for 20 seconds to take it to blood temperature, simples

  6. Good afternoon, I tried this recipe using all ingredients “ the available flour was all purpose flour “and followed your instructions as shown in your video , but my breads were thinner and not golden as yours, please ,can you tell me why . Thanks

  7. I make no knead bread. The last time I make it came too heavy, These rolls look delicious I can’t wait to make them. I love soft crispy rolls. I’m originally from Philadelphia and we had delicious bread, now I’m in Arizona and the bread is not so good. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.😊❤
