Someone needs to face these bottles, lol. And yeah, depends on what you’re eating but I’d probably choose Yellow Bird Ghost Pepper because I haven’t had it yet and it sounds great.

Yellowbird habenero.

No Tabasco or Cholula? Tripping.
Valentina or Slap Ya Mama then. I’m not into the $10 hippie sauces.

How staunch are peoples hot sauce opinions from region to region in the US? Is it like BBQ?

Depends on what I’m eating, I suppose.

Yellow bird, yellow bird, yellow bird, and the yellow bird.

Personally I don’t like the collection, out of all the Yuc sauces why that one? Not even their red hab or Caribbean or Xxtra Hot? Then the highlight is Yellow Bird (which I find to be a bit overrated) with some other generics and cheap ones. Don’t mean to be a hater it just could be much better. I mean, get some Cholula and Tabasco lineups in there at least. Some Mel’s or Marie’s, etc.

Depends what I’m eating, but I’d definitely try the ghost pepper yellow bird just because they don’t seem to carry it in stores anymore, and it’s supposed to be the best one.

Depends on the food being served. Mexican hot sauce doesn’t pair well with Asian food, for example.

I would choose the Cholula that is unfortunately missing from one of those empty spots.

I’d want to mix the Serrano, Habanero, and Ghost Pepper sauce on the top right.
And drown everything in it.

Man. I think I’d have to try some of the Yellow Bird. Never had it, so. I’d wanna try something new.
Halloween_Night_Fun
Try the ones you haven’t tried before. Yellow bird habanero is really good.

Serrano yellow bird is my favorite. The owner actually lives in Austin and is a friend of a friend, also a solid musician

I thought that Yellow Bird is supposed to be refrigerated after use?

Everyone is sleeping on the el Molcajete habanero. I just found this at my local store and I’m obsessed, great heat and great flavor.
