I made one the other day and threw it out. Every time I try, when I unroll it, a bunch of the cake gets stuck to the parchment paper or towel- I’ve tried both. I tried the powdered sugar thing before I flip the cake on it prior to rolling and it happens every time. I gave up. 🫤 Kudos to you, though! Well done!

It looks perfect. Pumpkin roll is something my grandma taught me to make and had the recipe memorized at one point. I love to see other people making it. Beautiful job. Enjoy!
