Best pie yet. Nice undercarriage, which was achieved in my regular oven in my kitchen. Made a lot of adjustments to my ingredients this time around, including temp of the items that went on my pie before baking and it’s made a huge difference. Sauce was also very good, but super simple.

Really nice plain pie. Nothing better than this to kick off the weekend. Cheers
