Recipe from /u/gotthetee (thanks again for answering my questions)

    Find it [Here](https://www.reddit.com/r/icecreamery/comments/1jfrzww/carrot_cake_ice_cream_first_time_posting/mitbdmp/)

Only change I made is that I made my own carrot puree by boiling a carrot then blending with an immersion blender.

For the cream cheese frosting swirl:

    4 oz. cream cheese, cold
2½ tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1¼ cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
    1 tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 tbsp. heavy cream

It did make a bit too much swirl for this amount of ice cream imo, but if you want a thick band / extra frosting, then feel free to use it all.
