You need a heavy guage thick 18/10 stainless tablespoon. Old school, chunky. Then grab the pint and dig in. That thing won’t bend in a millennium.

I want to repeat what /u/Ok_Transition7785 said. This is a very good flavor for a sad day. I also recommend tillamook mudlside and the dark chocolate cookies and cream if you find the price of buying a pint of ben and jerry’s a little too much in these times. Or eat all 3 in a weekend.
