

I smoked some ribs for 4 hours @ 280 with a hickory blend.
Mustard binder, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and cayenne for the rub.
1:30 uncovered
Spritz every 30 minutes with MTN dew Trolli until 3 hours
For the final hour, I covered with aluminum foil boats containing a butter, brown sugar, and hot honey mixture
