    That’s just guacamole toast.

    And rubbing garlic on the bread? Might as well just not use garlic at all, replace that with a garlic confit and just smash the soft garlic paste onto the bread below the guac.

    Use shallot instead of red onion and garlic. Use msg. That’s the secret to the best guacamole.

    I dare you to make guacamole on toast, call it “guacamole bruschetta” and serve it to an Italian person (from Italy, not USA) and duck fast as they try to behead you xD
