KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (WPVI) — A highly anticipated taste of Italy has arrived in the Philadelphia region.
Eataly opened its first location in Pennsylvania on Thursday at the King of Prussia Mall.
The Italian marketplace combines a restaurant and quick service retail counters, which offer Roman-style pizza by the slice to the perfect espresso break.
The sprawling 21,000 square foot space also has plenty of shopping, from produce to cured meats, to hundreds of made-in-Italy products.
Eataly is hosting 10 days of celebration, which will feature tastings and demos.
