Hi everybody. Please come and join me as I make a bri side dish and it’s my version of a cheesy garlic mushrooms. What you’re going to need is porttoella mushrooms, rosemary, tin foil, um some cheddar cheese, you can use mozzarella cheese, crushed garlic, and of course you’re going to need butter. What we’re going to start off with is I put some butter in a bowl. I’m going to add two tablespoons of garlic as we are not shower with our garlic. And then I’m going to go ahead and add the rosemary to this. And then I’m going to mix this all together until it’s um really like in a paste kind of form. So that is then going to be um put into the mushrooms, the hoodies of the mushrooms. Um, so here I’ve put the mushrooms on their own set of tin foil. Um, cuz they’re going to go onto the bra. And then you’re going to take that mixture and you the butter with the garlic and the rosemary and put it inside um the I call it the hoodies of the mushrooms. Um once that is in and it’s evenly put out, you are then going to take your cheddar cheese um which I’m using and you’re going to sprinkle that on top. Um, you can be as generous as you want. Um, and then what we’re going to do is we’re going to actually fold this up into uh the foil to make sure that it’s secure and it’s holding in place. So, here I have um got my little mushrooms ready. Well, not little anymore. And they are ready to set to go onto the bra. Um, so just keep an eye on them. Put them on the side. Um, let them cook just um for a short while. Doesn’t need to be too much. And there we go. Once you open it, be careful of the heat. Um, but there you have your cheesy garlic mushrooms. And that was our meal for the evening. Enjoy.
