Everybody needs a really good cheesy garlic bread recipe in their collection. So, here’s what you’re going to do to make it. First, you’re going to take your loaf of Italian bread and cut it right in half long ways. Now, a lot of people make the mistake of completely overloading it with butter. A little butter goes a long way, but it does have to be infused with fresh garlic. That is the trick. So, get the garlic butter on, lightly season it. Then, you’re going to put parm and mozzarella cheese on top. Pop it in the oven till the cheese is nice and melty. Garnish with some parsley. And I’m telling you, you’re going to love this one.
