Throw away that cauliflower crust because I have the perfect low carb air fryer tortilla pizza roll-ups that are perfect for diabetics. Let’s go. The ingredients in this are super simple. And we’re going to start with that basil. You can see that I washed that basil really good there. I got this at the grocery store. I believe I got it at Kroger. Of course, I know a lot of you grow your own basil. And go ahead. That’s awesome. But I live in Louisiana. It’s about 117°. So, if you have some tips on growing basil, do let me know. We tried it a couple times and the sun kind of sunburnt them. So, it was pretty terrible. Go ahead and grab a few cherry tomatoes. Now, you could use Roma tomatoes. You could use Creole tomatoes. Honestly, it’s all about slicing it then. So, go ahead and give these a little chop chop. And we’re going to put these on our Mission Carb Balance Wraps. You know that this is a huge staple in the Skinny Louisiana kitchen. And hey, if you’re new here, I’m Shel. I’m a Louisiana born dietician who loves to cook and transform traditional disses into healthier lowcarb versions. We’re going to top it off with a little bit of our mozzarella cheese. I know some of y’all are going to fuss me and go, Shelly, by the cheese block and grate it. Please do if that’s you. You know, I’m all about giving you the base and you do what you like. We’re going to roll these up. Now, you want to roll them up pretty tightly. And then from there, you’re going to place them in your air fryer. I do like to place it with the seam down so it doesn’t come undone. We’re at about 375 for about 5 to 8 minutes. Start checking it at the 4minute mark and then cook it a minute longer and check it. Then a minute longer and then check it. This is such an awesome and fast recipe. I know you’re going to enjoy it. So if you’re craving pizza, grab them wraps. Much lock gain.
