Prairial in Lyon

Hi all!
I went to Prairial and I really liked it.
I think that this has been one of my favorite restaurant with loumy in Berlin and Culina Hortus (also in Lyon).

Just as I did for loumy I tried to write a review and I realized that it would several pages long because….the menu is gigantic and I felt there is a lot to say so I tried to do a very short review as well, I would be glad to know what you think of the "ultra short version".

But for me the main thing that I feel I have not seen elsewhere is the "narrative coherence", I really feel that the meal as a whole is a story.

Anyway I hope I am not too unclear…
