Hi there. Welcome back to my kitchen. Tonight I am making Mediterranean chicken with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan. Oh, did I say white beans? Well, that’s in there, too. So, I’m going to go ahead and pull my meal out. Chicken and the white beans and tomatoes. I’m going to set that there for a minute. Actually, I’m going to pour it into this dish. And it says to add the spinach to that. And I’m just going to give it a little stir here. I hope you all had a wonderful day today. I did. I work today at Namaste. I love these Tavala meals. They’re so easy. I just pop them in the oven, which the oven is wonderful. It’s like the easy bake oven for adults. Okay. All righty. Do you like Mediterranean food? I do. I am Italian and um I love all kind of food. So, I’m just going to go ahead and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. I have to say this is not the most beautiful dish here, but um just put the chicken right on top. Add a little bit more cheese. This meal is 500 calories. It’s 18 fats, 11 are saturated. Uh 66 carbs, 10 fibers, 48 proteins, and two sugars. I am watching my sugar cuz I am pre-diabetic now. So that is important to me. So here is my meal. I can’t wait to dig in. It smells wonderful.
