  3. I like you included two options. My guess is fried option is more liked. However, air option helps us become thinner and or maintain weight. Having combination during week is good option also. Have oil options during snack days ๐Ÿ˜„. Good job. ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

  6. Recipe looks delicious, but the peas look more like yellow split peas not red lentils

  7. I have never seen the yellow lentils in Barbados. Made some this morning added oats, ketchup, pizza sauce and seasonings and fried with little olive oil in a cast iron frying pan. They were delicious.

  8. I think cooking lentels at first for a little while would be better than air cooling for the gut. My opinion though!

  9. If substituting psyllium husk with flax seeds, should they be grated? Would adding an egg as a substitute work as well? Thank you for an interesting recipeโค

  10. In my country we call this peas "split peas" or "dhal". What we call lentils is brown in color

  11. Looks delicious! But all those steps are discouraging me from making it sooo, I'm going to wash and boil the lentils until it's soft, but not mushy, then drain it, mash it and add the ingredients. Then make the balls and pan fry them instead with a little oil not deep fry them. Boiling it first with condiments, I save time soaking the lentils for 2 hrs and I skip the oven/airfrier step because I already boiled the lentils. I'm sure it will come out just as great, I do the same steps when I make green plaintain patties filled with cheese and onions!
